Hmmmm ...
I just have to ask ...
Is it via software or is this for real?
It's %100 real. And it was a pain in the ass! I'm a total foodie (go back and read my Boston visit posts) and it sucks!
I eat about 1500 calories a day worth of whole grains, fruit, and veggies. Some turkey, some chicken and that's it. I don't have more than 15 grams of fat per day and I try to keep around 20 grams of added sugar or less.
Oh yeah, and I've been running about 4 miles a day. Lately I've been busy with work and only been able to exercise 2 or 3 times a week.
The only way I've been able to get through it was to give myself Sundays off on eating. On Sundays I eat whatever the hell I want!
Yeah, T! You rock the house. I'm running the Flying Pig Marathon in May. Wanna run the 10K or half that week? Both are totally manageable if you've been running.
Alright, I'm in for the 10k. What's a respectable time on something like that? My guess is it would take me around 50–60 minutes.
4 miles a day? Whooh. That'd do it.
I'm not sure I could run 4 miles in this heat though.
Tripped across your blog, while looking for the Manet painting redone as a McDonald's counter.
You look fabulous, congratulations!
